The interview process: we create an environment of connection for you to prove your contribution, character, and competence
Every role is different. Every person is unique. We’re looking for driven individuals who are inclusive and customer obsessed to help us achieve our mission of Cyber Workforce Resilience.
Our recruitment process has a specific framework that we adapt to each role. This ensures a fair, unbiased, safe space for you to demonstrate your abilities. We want you to be able to showcase who you are, prove your skills, and demonstrate how you can contribute to Immersive Labs.
Could you help us with our mission of ensuring every organization is confident that their workforce has the knowledge, skills, and judgment to stand up to cyber threats?
Ready to take control of the next step in your career? Here’s what you can expect:
Application review
Our talent acquisition team reviews every application we receive – which can take up to two weeks! Make sure you’ve included key elements of the role on your resumé to help you successfully navigate this step and stand out from the crowd.
Screening interview with a talent acquisition partner
If successful, you’ll receive an invite for a screening interview with a talent acquisition partner. This is a 30-minute chat to discuss the role, Immersive Labs’ culture, and your expertise in more detail.
Assessments and interviews
If you progress to this step, there’ll be two or three interviews with your potential new manager, members of the team, and key stakeholders. Your talent acquisition partner will outline each step when you get there. Read more about preparing for an interview at Immersive Labs here.
Feedback
We’ll advise you if you’re unsuccessful at any point. Due to the volume of initial applications, we can’t respond individually to every applicant, so will inform you via email. From the first interview onward, we endeavor to call you with feedback.
Remember, if any of these steps are unclear or you have further questions, contact your talent acquisition partner or email [email protected]. We wish you the best of luck!
