The opportunity

As an FP&A Analyst you will help manage the financial performance of the business by providing analysis and insight to stakeholders around the business, explaining variances and key insights in an easy-to-understand way using your excellent communication skills. Using tools like workday adaptive insights and excel you will help ensure the business sets realistic plans and maintains accurate rolling forecasts.

You’ll be a key business partner and together with the FP&A Manager build relationships across the company and use your analytical skills and initiative to help to improve a fast growing technology business. 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Producing regular cost and KPI reports, highlighting variances, trends and concerns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Own discrete areas of planning and analysis, and the relevant stakeholder relationships
  • Assist in producing monthly ARR performance reports and maintaining accurate ARR records
  • Help produce monthly financial presentations
  • Assisting with the annual budget process
  • Helping to ensure that rolling forecasts are accurate and reflect the latest information and logic available
  •  Maintain workforce costs, forecasts and analysis
  • Helping to document and improve FP&A processes

To be successful:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified
  • Excellent communication skills to partner and build relationships with colleagues outside of finance.
  • Budgeting and forecasting skills and knowledge of variance analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Excel skills

Desirable

  • Time in a  Technology/SAAS business
  • Knowledge of Workday Planning / Adaptive Insights

You will help scale business-critical go to market departments including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success as we rapidly build out our go-to-market teams across North America. 

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to lead the US recruiting effort working closely with the global talent acquisition team. To be successful you will need to have expertise in hiring senior sales professionals at a technology company and have a passion for building a diverse organization. An ability to drive process and change would also be an advantage.
