The opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales Engineering team in the US. As part of the onboarding program, the Associate Sales Engineer will be equipped starting on day one with the guidance, training, and mentorship required to evolve into a cyber security sales engineer. The technical, cyber security, and solution selling skills learned will allow the Associate Sales Engineer to work closely with our sales team in a technical pre-sales capacity to help solve real-world cyber security problems for prospective customers. You’ll identify and help define customer requirements and align our solutions’ offerings accordingly to drive value and secure the technical win.

To be successful you’ll need to know or want to learn cyber security inside and out in order to be passionate about our customers’ success:

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert technical knowledge of Immersive Labs’ Cyber Readiness Platform and competitor technologies
  • Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements / use-cases to align Immersive Lab’s technical and business value proposition 
  • Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business through delivering in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts 
  • Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk
  • Partner with Sales to develop and execute strategy for securing the technical win for net new business as well as customer upsells you are engaged with

To be successful:

  • 1 - 3 years work experience in sales engineering, information technology, or cyber security
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development) 
  • Understanding of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards
  • Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), public cloud environments, etc

Channel Marketing Manager

This is a new role due to growth and our new CMO Evelyn Swaim recently joining. As Channel Marketing Manager you will help drive leads for channel and alliance sales, to increase sales pipeline and help Immersive Labs achieve our sales goals.

You will build and maintain relationships with channel and alliance partners, manage partner marketing requests, execute live and virtual partner marketing events across North America, develop marketing communication for partner consumption, and maintain and expand upon partner collateral. 

You’ll need to be okay with not focusing on one type of marketing. Channel/Partner marketing requires a balance of event execution, collateral development, partner management, and backend metric management. 

If you want the opportunity to work on many different projects, develop your knowledge of channel and alliance sales and be a part of a maturing marketing team at a very exciting company defining a new category then we want to hear from you. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel and alliance partners, 
  • Assist partner’s with marketing requests

The opportunity

This is a new opportunity to be the first Channel Account Manager for French speaking regions at Immersive Labs, based in the UK&I you will be responsible for recruiting new channel partners across these regions and supporting key sales functions, ensuring channel partners and you are successful.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support identification and recruitment of partners with experience in both enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Team with channel partners to build partner sourced pipeline and close deals (joint call out days, spiff, campaigns, etc.)
  • Work with assigned partners to generate prospective customers through channel campaigns and channel promotions and account mapping activities

To be successful:

  • Prior sales/channel experience within the security industry so you have the connections to succeed from day one. 
  • Native French speaker
  • Ability to establish, strengthen, and maintain great relationships with senior leaders/stakeholders and current & prospective partners 
  • Confidence & track record building new partner/reseller relationships to expand

Communications & Social Media Manager

This is a new opportunity to be the first Social Media & Communications Marketing Manager at Immersive Labs to support our ongoing growth in North America, reporting to Anthony D’Alton, Senior Director External Affairs you will work with all facets of the marketing teams along with research, content & legal teams along with external media relations and customers in North America. 

You will deliver our social media strategy and public relations in North America this includes delivering integrated digital & media campaigns, creating written assets, thought leadership and influencer campaigns. 

You will need to get up to speed quickly in this role and understand complex technical & Cyber security issues and themes so you can incorporate them into messaging. There will be lots of opportunities for you to be creative, and impact the strategic direction of the company while being a part of a focused & successful team who will value your creativity.

  • Delivery of public relations and social media strategy in North American market
  • Inputting into broader communications & social media strategy and plans

Director, Customer Success - Europe, Middle East and Africa

This is a new role due to our rapid growth and is the perfect opportunity for you as a passionate, customer focused leader to have a massive impact on enhancing cyber capabilities at global organizations.

The Customer Success team at Immersive Labs acts as the trusted advisor and advocate, building and growing an ongoing healthy relationship with each customer. Team members are responsible for implementing our software, preserving our current business, opening doors for additional opportunities, and growing our customers into life-long Immersive Labs advocates. 

As Director of Customer Success for EMEA, you will work closely with the EMEA Regional Sales Directors and Stuti Bhargava our VP of Customer Success to build highly repeatable processes that will allow us to scale. Our customers are the largest of large enterprises and government organizations, and our contract values are equally large. We are expanding rapidly in EMEA and APAC, with an established customer base on several teams in the territory. As a result, we need you to lead a team of CSMs responsible for partnering with executives at large companies to optimize their workforce’s cybersecurity capabilities. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Build, lead and scale a growing customer success team in EMEA, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that outcomes meet customer goals
  • Directly manage our CSM team and be responsible for the delivery of successful customer engagements that drive value and ROI of their Immersive Labs program
  • Hire, enable, coach, and develop your team of high performing CSMs to align with individual, team, and company goals
  • Execute analysis of customer health and structure measurable KPIs to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, product implementation and adoption and reduce churn
  • Partner with Go-to-Market and Product leaders to improve the overall customer experience
  • Partner closely with Product to offer an ever-evolving feedback loop to deliver increasing value to our existing and future customers
  • Analyze customer performance data to optimize team performance, enhance customer experience and retention rates, and drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth
  • Design and launch critical programs to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements
  • Improve upon our existing approaches to customer engagement and account management
  • Strategize on the organization structure and resources for the EMEA Named Accounts Segments as we scale

 

Success in this role will depend most on your approach, underlying skills and potential for growth, even if some of the above would be new to you. You should apply if you have:

  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value and exceeding customers’ expectations
  • Several years in a customer facing capacity, preferably within a customer success organization or comparable customer-facing roles, in a high growth technology company

The opportunity 

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing cyber security business. As an Enterprise or Strategic Account Manager you will work closely with our Customer Success team to maintain current client business and our Pre-Sales Engineers to expand revenue in new and existing accounts, and will directly impact the future success of our business.  


Your main responsibilities:

You will have a genuine passion for our product and how they can help businesses level up the human capability of their cyber defense teams. Some of the key day to day activities to facilitate you closing future business are:

  • Solution selling while hunting upsell revenue is critical for this role
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use the Immersive Labs platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth

To be successful:

You will be a successful, experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth in a defined set of new and existing F500 customers. 

  • Ability to travel extensively

As an Inside Sales Representative you will report to the Regional Director of Western Europe. You’ll be eager to advance your career at Immersive Labs and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts. You’ll be directly involved in powering our growth in a new market! This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. Your main responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in region to develop and strengthen pipeline
  • Identifying and progressing qualified sales opportunities using various channels
  • You will also be required to close opportunities alongside generating enterprise sales opportunities. 
  • Meeting with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
  • Execute on outbound prospecting techniques to qualify leads at a good pace as well as to a high quality to consistently hit
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM

 

To be successful:

  • Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored. This will be important to growth and progression within the company
  • Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone and other channels. This will include overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting

Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a new opportunity, as we rapidly grow our marketing team, to support our Marketing Automation platform and integrations with key tools including Salesforce. You will report to Sara Fielding, Director of Marketing Operations to help scale and operate our marketing systems efficiently,  fielding demand, ensure clean data structure & integrations, improve lead flow and build processes that scale.

You will be joining a positive and goal-oriented marketing team who value open, honest and collaborative communication as a team. You'll be working closely with a global marketing team and with stakeholders in Sales & Revenue operations along with anyone who uses marketing tools. 

You will have the opportunity to progress your career in marketing operations and explore interests in data analysis, campaign management, tool ownership and any other interests you have within marketing operations and even demand gen if interested. There will be lots to learn, and you’ll have lots of responsibility as the first Marketing Integrations Specialist you can launch a Marketing Ops career. Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Act as the primary point of contact within Marketing Operations to set up automated processes within marketing automation system that enable the team to run campaigns

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.

To be successful:

Partner Marketing Manager

This is a new role due to growth and our new CMO Evelyn Swaim recently joining. As Partner Marketing Manager you will help drive leads for channel and alliance sales, to increase sales pipeline and help Immersive Labs achieve our sales goals.

You will build and maintain relationships with channel and alliance partners, manage partner marketing requests, execute live and virtual partner marketing events across North America, develop marketing communication for partner consumption, and maintain and expand upon partner collateral. 

You’ll need to be okay with not focusing on one type of marketing. Partner marketing requires a balance of event execution, collateral development, partner management, and backend metric management. 

If you want the opportunity to work on many different projects, develop your knowledge of channel and alliance sales and be a part of a maturing marketing team at a very exciting company defining a new category then we want to hear from you.

The opportunity

In the role of Presales Engineer you will be responsible for highlighting the key features of the Immersive Labs platform to prospective customers and also updating all clients on any new features we have added. You will be a critical part of the team, contributing to the sales process with large enterprise and government clients. The role has been opened due to our hyper growth which shows no sign of slowing down. 

You will be challenged by clients who do not yet see the benefit of equipping their workforce with up to date content and a safe practice environment but by showcasing the full product suite you should be confident of winning them over. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Work alongside the sales team to understand customer needs. This will allow you to further define requirements and demo the platform in a more personalised way to the client. 
  • You will be working with prospective customers from our direct sales team as well as those from channel partners to understand their technical requirements 
  • You will be in charge of planning and managing your own proof of concept efforts, with the help of the sales team and content team if you require them. 
  • Your involvement with clients will help drive user adoption across a variety of use cases, whether this is alerting them to new content which is specific to their needs or to a new function to make the experience more user friendly. 
  • You will be required to provide feedback to the content team to produce multi-format content utilising various teaching methods; written, exercises, questions, gamification.

 

To be successful:

  • Having experience in a pre sales focused role for a high growth company or Cybersecurity vendor. 
  • Experience leading POCs and discovery sessions with clients, which you will be doing daily as part of this role. 
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sales process
  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts to those not in technical job roles
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to adapt to different sectors and clients. You will be speaking with clients across all sectors both private and public.

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join our growing Sales Engineering team in the US. The Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales team in a technical pre-sales capacity to help solve real-world cyber security problems for prospective customers. To be successful:

  • 3 - 5 years work experience in sales engineering, information technology, or cyber security

Due to growth and new customers we're looking for the best Senior Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join Immersive Labs and help support our new and existing German and DACH region customers.  You will ensure customers in the DACH region receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

Join the EMEA customer success team of 10 and reporting to Kieran Rowley. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your ability to organize, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer’s satisfaction levels. Your communication skills and ability to work with customers ranging from security personnel through CISOs and other key stakeholders will be key to your success. 

Customer success is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to proactively blend project management and account management to maximize net revenue retention and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

We’re growing fast and need the very best Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.  You will ensure customers receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your main responsibilities:

The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our growing team and bring our web and interactive designs to the next level. Reporting to the Senior Director of Web Marketing on the Go to Market Team, you will work alongside the Junior Designer and Marketing Developer, to bring to life briefs from product managers, engineers, marketers, and human resources for digital design experiences which have measurable impact. You will have the opportunity to use user testing and operations data to drive your creative thinking. This is a roll-up-your sleeves, hands-on design position with a hardworking and fun-loving team.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Create low- to high-fidelity sketches to communicate concepts and solutions, matching fidelity to the task at hand
  • Proven ability to promote concepts and ideas using storyboards and sketches to highlight how systems will work together in campaigns and experience design alike
  • Own the company’s marketing and careers web experiences: wireframing, concepting, honing high-fidelity design and mobile-ready / responsive design according to concept; annotate for clear hand-off to developer
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering colleagues throughout an iterative design and development process, delivering design solutions that meet near term and long term goals
  • Promote marketing design best practices to help cross-functional teams align with brand 
  • Brand champion across media: Mould and shape the marketing brand design system to evolve our visual language and re-usable components
  • Drive design concept to delivery of marketing and brand initiatives, including web experiences, digital tools, email campaigns, display ads, social media creative, and landing pages
  • Facilitate design research activities to learn more about user needs and opportunities. Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively and propose design solutions to address them

To be successful:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, or equivalent on-the-job experience

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join our growing Sales Engineering team in the US. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales team in a technical pre-sales capacity to help solve real-world cyber security problems for prospective customers.   • Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate Immersive Labs’ solutions in the marketplace.
  • Grow a customer reference program to engage our customers and to showcase customer success and value realization achieved using Immersive Labs
  • Craft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally.
  • Conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for Immersive Labs.

To be successful:

  • Expertise in product marketing and related marketing functions in the software industry, preferably with a technical background within an area of cyber security targeting enterprise level customers.
  • Progressive management experience, with an emphasis on leadership, and engaging global and local stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Experience supporting an Integrated GTM motions that includes sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances and technology eco-systems.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional relationship building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving, technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams and customers.
  • Analytical by nature, utilising data and an outstanding ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.

The Opportunity

VP of Revenue Marketing

Immersive Labs is seeking an experienced marketing leader with expertise across multiple aspects of the marketing discipline to take the reins of the marketing sourced and marketing influenced revenue engine of the company. In this role, you will own the planning and execution of integrated programs spanning digital demand generation, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, field marketing as well as channel and alliance marketing. 

As Vice President of Revenue Marketing, you’re an innovative and energetic leader, with a knack for empowering high performing teams and an ability to get things done. Reporting to the CMO, you are accountable for creating and executing a scalable marketing strategy to achieve predictable, profitable growth. You’ll play an integral role in driving revenue growth for the company across all channels and geos. This is a highly visible global role in the organization, responsible for the development and implementation of effective demand generation programs with an emphasis on lead generation, pipeline creation and nurturing prospects/customers along the buyer’s journey.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a reputation for creating alignment and inspiring trust with sales, based on proven processes and metrics. This role requires both analytical and creative thinking coupled with strong interpersonal communication and team building skills. You will work closely with the leaders across the marketing, product, sales and customer success organizations to create and drive programs that lead to sustainable revenue in the form of net new accounts as well as customer cross-sell and upsell. You will report directly to the CMO and be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team. 

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Build, inspire and lead a best-in-class revenue marketing team and set staff strategy for scale and to develop the skills and career paths of all team members
  • Work closely with the CMO and marketing leadership team to develop strategic marketing plans with ROI metric tracking to achieve annual pipeline creation and pipeline influence goals
  • Create a culture centered around a predictable, reliable Marketing funnel while also developing and executing programs that support pipe maturation, retention, and expansion - in deep partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Drive clear and constant communication of goals and success metrics to the organization to ensure consistency and accountability with end-to-end reporting and analytics
  • Continuously evaluate pipe-to-spend and the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Create and maintain a strong partnership with sales including partnership with SDR, Sales and Customer Success leadership to ensure alignment on marketing strategy as well as pipeline goals and revenue achievement and execute ABM programs. Being perceived as a true and trusted partner to these teams is critical to the success of this role. As well as work closely with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, buyer personas, value proposition, differentiation, messaging and content needs.
  • Execute regional and global marketing events that align to strategic revenue creation goals with tight ROI tracking
  • Work closely with the channel and alliances teams to co-develop and execute channel go-to-market plans that expand beyond the direct Immersive Labs sales force
  • Create Sales Development Representative (SDR) programs as core components of lead generation and deal velocity initiatives

To be successful

  • 10+ years of proven success and lessons learned in increasing responsibility across demand generation, digital marketing, account-based marketing, channel marketing and event management.
  •  
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing and digital targeting and intent strategies with a proven record of building and scaling successful ABM programs; including account selection, account research and planning, leverage ABM and digital marketing technologies, as well as measurement and reporting tools. You must contribute to the creative storytelling aspects of ABM campaigns to support a well-defined buyer journey.
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives. You’ve managed teams and have experience as a ‘manager of managers’. 
  • Experience partnering with channel and alliances teams to co-develop and execute channel go-to-market.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes. Analyze A/B campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting learnings and results clearly to facilitate sound decision making.
  • Expertise in marketing automation systems and account-based marketing platforms ( Hubspot/Marketo and 6sense preferred but not required).
