The opportunity

This is a new opportunity to be the first Channel Account Manager for French speaking regions at Immersive Labs, based in the UK&I you will be responsible for recruiting new channel partners across these regions and supporting key sales functions, ensuring channel partners and you are successful. 

Working closely with our Senior Director of Channel you’ll need to be results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion!

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Ensure consistency in terms of the company’s channel sales strategy & execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support identification and recruitment of partners with experience in both enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Team with channel partners to build partner sourced pipeline and close deals (joint call out days, spiff, campaigns, etc.)
  • Work with assigned partners to generate prospective customers through channel campaigns and channel promotions and account mapping activities
  • Promotes renewals, up-sell and new sales opportunities within partner’s existing and competitive accounts.
  • Respond to partner requests and ensure sales alignment in partner end user opportunities
  • Track/monitor /support partner pipeline & deal registrations through SFDC
  • Sales & technical enablement of channel partners and distributors

 

To be successful:

  • Prior sales/channel experience within the security industry so you have the connections to succeed from day one. 
  • Native French speaker
  • Ability to establish, strengthen, and maintain great relationships with senior leaders/stakeholders and current & prospective partners 
  • Confidence & track record building new partner/reseller relationships to expand 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to sell/position creative solutions
  • Passion and ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity with SFDC would be an advantage

The opportunity

We have recently expanded our sales team into the German market and a key part of our strategy is to develop a strong partner network to both discover new clients and deliver on sales in the region. 

This is a new market for Immersive Labs in Germany, we have had great success in building key channel partners and alliances so logically are looking to do the same in a new market. The role is there for someone to make their own, the partners you see as the best fit for us to approach is your decision to make, so is how the sales team shall work together with the channel to grow the German market. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Identifying the correct channel partners for Immersive Labs to form strong working relationships to aid in the growth across all sectors in the German market. 
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and sales resources as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new partners on how to position the Immersive Labs platform as well as how to best use the platform
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships within partner organisations across Germany
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth via the channel partners

 

To be successful:

  • Ability to travel extensively 
  • Experienced in building a channel from scratch with both large software partners and cybersecurity specialist partners.
  • A strong sales methodology
  • Previous experience selling to cybersecurity or information security departments of target customers through channel partners 
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to sell creative solutions
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills
  • Fluent in both English and German.

The opportunity
We’re growing fast and need the very best Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, focusing on the western region.  You will ensure customers receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your ability to organize, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer’s satisfaction levels. Your communication skills and ability to work with customers ranging from security personnel through CISOs and other key stakeholders will be key to your success. 

Customer success is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to proactively blend project management and account management to maximize net revenue retention and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for designated accounts, serving as an advocate for customer needs to drive successful adoption and use of the Immersive Labs platform
  • Perform customer onboarding, health checks, develop materials and presentations to conduct business reviews and proactively alert customers of any impending issues
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategic business relationships
  • Collaborate with Product Management for product enhancement requests
  • Drive internal process improvement initiatives and help to organize and attend customer-focused events as necessary
  • Identify potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities within accounts
  • Manage and follow up on internal customer feedback processes
  • Use Gainsight and other relevant apps to comprehensively manage the customer relationship

To be successful:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion along with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Customer success or post-sales/pre-sales experience with expertise engaging and managing relationships with customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
  • Interest or background in Cybersecurity,  Risk Management or Consulting and an understanding of Customer Success within a SaaS environment.

The opportunity

Due to our rapid growth we are now seeking our first Customer Success Operations Manager to partner with the global Customer success team and leadership to improve the effectiveness of our CS processes and tools. As part of the team, you will support our customer success organization by managing the systems (Gainsight) they utilize and designing, documenting and enabling the processes used.  You’ll be a strategic partner to the VP of Customer success and be able to provide insight and data analysis to the team before they know they need it. 

This role is critical in our efforts to improve customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and revenue growth. To be successful you will be highly motivated and talented in getting the most out of Gainsight and Customer success tools, have excellent project management ability and conduct analysis of data to identify trends and insight. 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own the administration and maintenance of all CS tooling, with a primary focus on operationalizing and optimizing our Gainsight Customer Success Platform
  • Execute and manage the successful integration of the GTM tech-stack with Gainsight, including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Zendeck, etc 
  • Support the rollout of processes, programs, and tools to improve the Customer Success team’s effectiveness. 
  • Structure and execute new operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis and developing robust recommendations 
  • Build, implement, and manage reporting and dashboards to monitor performance against department KPI’s 
  • Own special projects, digging into customer health, risk, adoption trends, and more. 
  • Consult with customer success, analyzing data from multiple systems and helping to improve overall customer success processes 
  • Manage cross functional efforts and projects to craft and improve customer success process and strategy 

 

To be successful:

  • Time in an Operations, Customer Success Operations, or other people-optimization roles 
  • Gainsight Administrator Certification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Gainsight Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Scorecards etc.
  • High level of experience and comfort with both interpreting and developing analytics using Gainsight and excel
  • Experience building customer health and adoption scoring - aggregating data, mapping between systems, and scoring optimization 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project details among multiple departments and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to think strategically about how best to implement processes

We’re building a crisis exercising consultancy practice to help our customers develop amazing scenarios and crisis exercises, aligned to their operational resilience and crisis management needs. As a project manager in this newly formed team, you will be responsible for ensuring the requirements and scope for each engagement is effectively managed. This is a new opportunity to be the first Cyber Learning & Development Specialist in North America at Immersive Labs. You’ll collaborate with customers and partners to design, develop and facilitate learning programs and delivery methods that deliver sustainable business change and ensure business outcomes in human cyber readiness are achieved. 

You will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to customers based on data and learning best practices, implementing learning strategies and needs analysis to achieve business unit and enterprise-wide initiatives.

You’ll need to have a varied and flexible approach to engagements wearing multiple hats of consultant, advisor, facilitator and developer of solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise your knowledge and expertise in learning to reshape or create new offers and services for our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments and focus groups to determine business needs and desired outcomes
  • Use L&D knowledge to recommend appropriate delivery methods and improvements to current programs or suggest new approaches
  • Support customers strategic change and organizational performance through the development and deployment of learning initiatives
  • Perform learning analysis that delivers actionable insight
  • Collaborate with internal partners to define learning and development objectives, content, instructional strategies and assessment methods and make updates/revisions to current programs as needed
  • Apply training and adult learning theories, instructional design models, such as ADDIE, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM)
  • Design and develop new learning and development materials (e.g. training workbooks, job aids, PowerPoints, worksheets, support documents) and programs in-person, virtually, or online that support Business Unit and Enterprise level goals
  • Lead and manage medium- to large- sized programs and process improvement efforts in support of business unit and enterprise-wide goals



To be successful:

  • Professional experience in Learning and Development or a closely related field within the cyber security industry. 
  • Knowledge of and examples of practical use of learning theories, learning science and learning strategy including designing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing organization-wide programs and process-improvement efforts
  • Relevant professional learning qualifications would be an advantage e.g. performance coach, learning consultancy, instructional designer, Kirkpatrick practitioner

We’re building a crisis exercising consultancy practice to help our customers develop amazing scenarios and crisis exercises, aligned to their operational resilience and crisis management needs. As a project manager in this newly formed team, you will be responsible for ensuring the requirements and scope for each engagement is effectively managed.   • Solution selling while hunting upsell revenue is critical for this role
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required

  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects

The opportunity

You will be the first sales person in Iberia, spearheading the acquisition of new clients across both the Spanish and Portuguese enterprise markets. The role will report into the Regional Director of Western Europe and will be supported by a sales development representative and presales engineer in the region. 

This is a new market for Immersive Labs so there will be a greenfield of opportunities in the role, you will need to create awareness of the Immersive Labs brand and platform as well as proactively target flagship accounts in the region.

The opportunity

Due to our rapid growth we are now seeking our first Gainsight Admin / Customer Success Analyst to partner with the global Customer success team and leadership to improve the effectiveness of our CS processes and tools. As part of the team, you will support our customer success organization by managing the systems (Gainsight) they utilize and designing, documenting and enabling the processes used.  You’ll be a strategic partner to the VP of Customer success and be able to provide insight and data analysis to the team before they know they need it. 

This role is critical in our efforts to improve customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and revenue growth. To be successful you will be highly motivated and talented in getting the most out of Gainsight and Customer success tools, have excellent project management ability and conduct analysis of data to identify trends and insight. 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own the administration and maintenance of all CS tooling, with a primary focus on operationalizing and optimizing our Gainsight Customer Success Platform
  • Execute and manage the successful integration of the GTM tech-stack with Gainsight, including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Zendeck, etc 
  • Support the rollout of processes, programs, and tools to improve the Customer Success team’s effectiveness. 
  • Structure and execute new operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis and developing robust recommendations 
  • Build, implement, and manage reporting and dashboards to monitor performance against department KPI’s 
  • Own special projects, digging into customer health, risk, adoption trends, and more. 
  • Consult with customer success, analyzing data from multiple systems and helping to improve overall customer success processes 
  • Manage cross functional efforts and projects to craft and improve customer success process and strategy 

 

To be successful:

  • Time in an Operations, Customer Success Operations, or other people-optimization roles 
  • Gainsight Administrator Certification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Gainsight Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Scorecards etc.
  • High level of experience and comfort with both interpreting and developing analytics using Gainsight and excel
  • Experience building customer health and adoption scoring - aggregating data, mapping between systems, and scoring optimization 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project details among multiple departments and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to think strategically about how best to implement processes

You will be the first pre sales professional in Iberia, supporting the sales efforts in opening up the enterprise market in the region. The role will report into the Regional Director of Western Europe. 

The role is critical to Immersive Labs both to grow our presence in a greenfield territory but to also gather feedback on the platform from new customers to help the continuous improvement of the product.

The opportunity
We’re growing fast and need the very best Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team on the East Coast US.  You will ensure customers receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your ability to organise, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer’s satisfaction levels. Your communication skills and ability to work with customers ranging from security personnel through CISOs and other key stakeholders will be key to your success. 

Customer success is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to proactively blend project management and account management to maximise net revenue retention and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for designated accounts, serving as an advocate for customer needs to drive successful adoption and use of the Immersive Labs platform
  • Perform customer onboarding, health checks, develop materials and presentations to conduct business reviews and proactively alert customers of any impending issues
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategic business relationships
  • Collaborate with Product Management for product enhancement requests
  • Drive internal process improvement initiatives and help to organise and attend customer-focused events as necessary

This is a new market for Immersive Labs in Germany, we have had great success with these types of customers in the UK so logically are looking to do the same in a new market. The role is there for someone to put their own stamp on, it is a greenfield market with a truly unique solution to help strengthen the cyber workforce within the German government.

  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required

The Opportunity

Immersive Labs is seeking a Sr. Integrations Consultant to join its Professional Services team. In this role you will report to the Director of Professional Services and have an opportunity to help us design and launch a wide range of integrations services; SSO, Auto-SSO, Systems Integrations (LMS, LXP, ATS, etc.), Data Feeds and API Consulting to name a few.  You will have an opportunity to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, clearly articulating integration priorities based on your expert understanding of our customers’ integration needs.

Your role will be customer facing, leading integration service projects that drive value for our customers during the early stages of their journey with Immersive Labs.   Your contributions will help drive customer adoption and usage while ensuring customers can leverage the full capabilities of the Immersive Labs platform to drive cyber workforce optimization.  

Your main responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Immersive Labs Product & Engineering teams to build and deliver Integrations Services.
  • Deliver SSO, System Integrations, API Consulting, Data Feeds and other Integration services with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Presales team (Solutions Engineers) to assist prospective customers in understanding the capabilities of our integration services.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new Integration Consultants as we scale the Integrations team.
  • Looks for unique solutions and think outside the box to satisfy non-typical customer requests
  • Act as a partner to internal data teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and accessibility for our customers.

To be successful

  • BA/BS degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience

To be successful you will need to have experience in the cyber industry either in pre-sales, post sales, consultancy or a customer facing technical cyber role. You’ll be excited about helping customers and scaling our technical professional services to enterprise organizations. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Deliver technical services at scale to customers ensuring they make the most of the Immersive Labs platform
  • Assist with onboarding customers and aligning the platform with their success criteria
  • Build strong relationships with economic buyers, business champions, and technical champions, understanding the customer’s business and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain a regular communication cadence with the client, including quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive customers to expand adoption of the platform for net new projects
  • Collaborate closely with team members in customer success, sales, marketing and security to support customer accounts.

 

To be successful:

  • Pre-sales, Post sales, or technical/ engineering consultancy experience within the cyber industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Interest or demonstrable experience in teaching and customer enablement.
  • Data-driven, analytically oriented, with a commitment to process improvement.
  • Reliable and accountable, delighting customers with above-and-beyond follow-through.
  • Proactive, taking the initiative to get things done on behalf of clients.

The opportunity

Customer Success is a critical part of our company, and a customer centric mindset is part of every decision we make. In the next stage of our growth we’re looking for exceptional Post-sales Cyber security professionals to join us as Technical Customer Success Managers. You will be the main technical point of contact for our customers, and become a subject matter expert on the Immersive Labs platform and cyber security space.
