The opportunity

You will be one of the first senior sales hires in Germany with a greenfield of enterprise accounts to target. You will be supported in the role by our Regional Sales Director, Eva Pleger. This position has come about due to our success in the UK market and our ambition to grow across Europe. 

With a commission structure which is weighted towards our sales teams earning large amounts for their hard work and a solution that is changing how the market look at cybersecurity this is an opportunity not to be missed. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities at the Enterprise level across all verticals
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use the Immersive Labs platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth

 

To be successful:

  • Ability to travel extensively 
  • Experienced in a quota carrying sales role, software and/or SaaS sales to the FTSE 100/250
  • A strong sales methodology
  • Selling into cyber security or information security market
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to sell creative solutions
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills
  • Fluent in both English and German.

Enterprise Account Manager Opportunity
You will be focused on acquiring new larger enterprise and strategic customers in the Mid-Atlantic region, you will then retain ownership of these flagship accounts to grow the presence & value of Immersive Labs within them.

The Immersive Labs product is part of a new technology category, Cyber workforce optimization, making an impact across Cybersecurity and adding immediate value to Cybersecurity leaders by helping measure the capability and resilience of their people, helping organizations to be prepared for the latest cyber threats. This opportunity has come about due to recent growth as we continue to onboard flagship customers across the United States. 

Whilst pursuing CISOs and other senior leadership across the Cybersecurity department to solve their biggest challenge, the skills gap in Cyber you will have the support of marketing, presales, channel sales and customer success to achieve your goals. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with largest enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts. 
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required.
  • Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering. It will also be part of your role to suggest events that are specific to your territory, are these must attends for Immersive Labs? If yes, then shout about it!
  • A strong partnership with customer success will be essential to help you identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts
  • Living the Immersive Labs values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through your interactions.

The opportunity
This role will be focused on the Rockies as a territory looking to acquire the top enterprise clients then grow the revenue from the initial deal to a multimillion agreement. The product is part of a new technology category making an impact across Cybersecurity teams and adds immediate value to Cybersecurity leaders. This is a role that is a product of Immersive Labs recent growth as we continue to onboard flagship customers across the United States. 

Whilst pursuing CISOs to solve their biggest challenge, the skills gap in Cyber you will have the support of marketing, presales, channel sales and customer success to achieve your goals.

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with large enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required

The opportunity
You will be the first hire focused on growing the enterprise market across Saudi Arabia leading the acquisition of flagship clients to push the Immersive Labs brand across this high growth market. 

You will be working closely with the VP of EMEA and the Director of sales in the Middle East to create a strategy for success using your knowledge of these greenfield markets. This role will require both a direct sales and channel sales approach to cover as much ground as possible, which can be a challenging prospect in a new market. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • The identification and closing of sales opportunities at the highest level across Saudi Arabia will be your top priority. 
  • You will need to work across direct sales and those sales developed by channel partners in the region. 
  • This is a new product to these markets so you will be required to educate the prospective clients as to the benefits, creating internal champions within the clients cybersecurity departments.
  • You will be required to target and attend the most relevant events to both regions, to spread the Immersive Labs Message across senior stakeholders. You may be aware of sector or client specific events the team are yet to discover. 

 To be successful:

  • You will have experience in a quota carrying sales role for a cybersecurity focused vendor/consultancy or high growth company
  • A strong and detailed sales process, which helps in educating a client as well as discovering those pain points to progress the sale. This could be a methodology you have found particularly useful in previous roles
  • Previous experience selling into cybersecurity or information security departments of target customers. Can you discuss specific issues with decision makers in these areas to have an immediate impact
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer. The presales team and content team will be happy to help you. 
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills

Field Marketing Manager

Due to the rapid growth of our marketing team, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help execute the demand generation plan for the EMEA region.  You’ll report into the Senior Director of EMEA Marketing and will be working closely with the global marketing team. 

Based in our Global HQ in Bristol you’ll support the sales team in all regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa by helping to define a region-specific marketing plan that will include planning, and hosting in-person and virtual events including webinars, building and executing field marketing campaigns, all with the aim of creating net-new sales opportunities, accelerating growth, and increasing brand awareness to drive leads for the EMEA region.

If you enjoy working cross-culturally, helping people meet their goals and objectives while spending some of your time travelling and attending events we’ll welcome you and support your development.

In addition, this is an incredible opportunity to help the Cyber industry understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness!  You will have the opportunity to genuinely shape an emerging industry change and market category.

  • Support all EMEA regions (UK, MENA, DACH, Nordics) partnering with the sales team enabling them in the field with webinars, events, executive round tables, lunch & learns, trade shows and partner events 
  • Travel to some events to provide in-person support when needed (20% travel)
  • Work closely with the Senior Director, EMEA Marketing on regionalising events and messaging for EMEA customers
  • Feedback to the product marketing team on what is and isn’t working in the region
  • Assist with writing promotional copy

  • Develop program objectives, targets, tactics, and metrics and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive customer acquisition success
  • Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for the marketing organization
  • Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Own and manage internal relationships with sales, BDR teams and other business partners
  • Develop and manage GTM marketing programs calendar 
  • Own and manage lead forecasting and attainment metrics on a quarterly basis

  • Support the marketing department with inbound and outbound programs
  • Help develop meaningful and thoughtful marketing campaigns
  • Work with Campaign and Marketing Program Managers to deliver on planned marketing campaigns
  • Track and assist with reporting on demand generation performance metrics for the marketing organization
  • Learn B2B marketing strategies, tactics & tools including Hubspot, Marketo & Salesforce to develop yourself and better understand and support the marketing function

The Opportunity

Sales Development Representative

In this position you will be part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Your ability to clearly articulate a company’s value proposition, demonstrate products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy while managing your time effectively will be the key to your success. 

This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. If you have the work ethic, confidence and commitment to be a top sales executive, we will give you the tools, the time, and the training to become one.

You must be able to work from our Boston office in the back bay area 3 days a week.

  • Focus on generating new, upsell and cross-sell revenue from business accounts
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
  • Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities using various channels
  • Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
  • Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (we use Salesforce)

Senior Director, Sales Enablement

Based in our North America HQ in Boston, MA you’ll partner with global go-to-market teams to identify and define opportunities to increase sales productivity which is vital to help shape our future growth.

You’ll use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify actionable insights, measure progress, and impact to suggest necessary ongoing enhancements. The opportunity
We’re growing fast and need the very best Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in the East region.  You will ensure customers receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your ability to organize, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer’s satisfaction levels. Your communication skills and ability to work with customers ranging from security personnel through CISOs and other key stakeholders will be key to your success. 

Customer success is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to proactively blend project management and account management to maximize net revenue retention and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Be the primary point of contact for designated accounts, serving as an advocate for customer needs to drive successful adoption and use of the Immersive Labs platform

The opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic leader, passionate about brand category creation, to shape a brand strategy that elevates the Immersive Labs brand, as a market leader and innovator, winning the hearts and minds of our target audiences around the world. You’ll bring that strategy to life in the exceptional creative and campaigns you bring to market.

As the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Marketing, you’ll build and lead a small team focused on brand strategy and management, brand health, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and brand campaigns. You will report to the CMO and have access to key leaders throughout the organization.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Be the visionary for the global Immersive Labs brand, developing and executing brand identity, strategies and programs to create a breakthrough category, expand awareness, engage a loyal following, and amplify business velocity and goals
  • Develop the strategy and expression of both the external brand and the employee/employer brand to ensure cohesion, inspiration, and momentum
  • Drive company-level positioning, purpose, promise, and messaging, and serve as the lead brand evangelist to ensure all touch points reflect and represent the brand, and provide strategic brand direction to all areas of the business
  • Collaborate and partner closely with a dynamic team of marketers, in-house and agency creatives, product experts and other leaders throughout the company to bring our brand to life, ensuring we create successful work that drives results
  • Development of partnerships with other brands, organizations, and influencers to create unique experiences, further our mission, generate awareness, and drive affinity with target audiences

  • B2B Enterprise technology experience, and fluency in issues related to digital transformation.

Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing team at Immersive Labs.

You will pioneer the customer marketing field at Immersive Labs delighting and engaging customers through engaging campaigns. Your mission will be to build a community of fanatic brand advocates. 

You’ll prove how customer marketing drives revenue and directly benefits the customer success and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy. To do this you’ll need to be creative and have exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate between customers and the rest of the organization, collaborating with other departments to absorb customer feedback, create incredible customer experiences, and reach business goals. 

Reporting to our VP Revenue Marketing, you’ll need to be based in, or close to, East Coast time zone so you can work closely with colleagues in the UK and Europe.

This is an incredible opportunity to play a part in helping the Cyber industry and enterprise organisations understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness. You will have the opportunity to shape customer marketing in this brand new category of Cyber Workforce Resilience.

Senior WordPress Developer

Do you have experience building attractive and functional websites? Would you like to influence the back-end and front-end development roadmap of a rapidly scaling cybersecurity company?

Then we have just the opportunity for you here at Immersive Labs to be a Senior WordPress Developer working in our Web Marketing team.

You’ll develop attractive and functional websites and tools for our marketing, sales, and people teams. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation and from-scratch development of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

Reporting into our Senior Director of Web Marketing and working closely with the Web Developer, you’ll need to have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills.

We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and agile WordPress Developer who can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications for our business

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss website/project design and function.
  • Collaborating on the ideation of wireframe concepts with the UX team.
  • Building the website front-end from design specifications given by the Marketing team.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database, server integration and performance monitoring
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins and integrating third party tools and APIs as needed
  • Implementing changes based on user test findings, website performance tests, and pen testing.
  • Troubleshooting and support user issues as they arise conducting WordPress training with internal clients, as needed.

  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, SEO and the Google algorithm
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders on Zoom and in person both within the org at Immersive Labs as well as with collaborators and consultants from outside the org.

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot form integration into WordPress.
