The opportunity 

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing, global Marketing team at Immersive Labs.

As the Customer Marketing Manager you will be influential in developing and delivering engaging customer marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your goal is to digitally nurture customers' adoption within the platform while increasing customer advocacy and building a community of fanatic brand advocates. 

You’ll be customer-obsessed and creative, with exceptional communication skills, collaborating with other departments to absorb customer feedback, spot opportunities to increase renewals, create fantastic customer experiences, and support business objectives. 

This is an incredible opportunity to play a part in building customer marketing for this new category of Cyber Workforce Resilience, helping the Cyber industry and enterprise organisations understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness. 


Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Design and deliver digital nurturing programs that drive deeper product awareness and adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Find ways to increase engagements, collections and exercise completions within our platform for the existing customer base.
  • Ownership of stakeholder engagement and project completions from beginning to end to ensure the organisation is aware of upcoming launches.
  • Support customer marketing and communication programs such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, conferences,user groups, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer renewals, referrals, cross-sell, and upsell, and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Identify, create and maintain a library of customer success stories

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, ideally with experience of working on customer marketing, digital nurturing campaigns and programs

  • Incredible creative marketing and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to track and monitor effectiveness of campaigns
  • The ability to work cross functionally and solve problems on the go
  • Experience with trigger and data based campaign mapping is critical
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and scaling tools such as gainsight, hubspot, marketo and SFDC is ideal.

Customer Success Manager

Customer Success can mean so many things, the essence of our Customer Success team is customer obsession. In fact, our customer obsession is so intense it's a company value - it's embraced in every team meaning you know the whole of Immersive Labs is on your side when you are championing the customer voice.

You will own a set of EMEA customers from onboarding to renewal, penetrating deep into the heart of the customer to understand their strategic objectives (sometimes they don't even know this themselves and you have to get in touch with your inner Sherlock Holmes to search it out) and ensure our platform delivers.

With customers like HSBC, NHS and Goldman Sachs and feedback like “The best tool for learning cyber security”, “A great platform to learn and gain hands on experience on tools” and “Immersive Labs is a must have for every organisation” you can see why customer obsession is the core of who we are, and you can be a key pillar in elevating the customer voice and keeping our NPS score at 58+.

  • Partner with our customers to ensure effective onboarding - setting them up for success 
  • Create a communications plan to engage effectively throughout the customers journey
  • Set strategies for the customer, put in place objectives and measure success 
  • Collaborate with our product and customer support team to share new features 
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to close opportunities
  • Take customer success reviews periodically and resolve concerns with the assistance of internal teams.

  • Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory
  • Winning large-scale enterprise business (Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 / Global 2000) that’ll have a direct impact on Immersive Labs’ success

Enterprise Account Manager

You will be focused on acquiring new large enterprise and strategic customers in the New England region, you will then retain ownership of these flagship accounts to grow the presence & value of Immersive Labs within them.

Whilst pursuing CISOs and other senior leadership across the Cybersecurity department to solve their biggest challenge, the skills gap in Cyber you will have the support of marketing, pre-sales, channel sales and customer success to achieve your goals.

You will be one of the first senior sales hires in Germany with a greenfield of enterprise accounts to target. You will be supported in the role by our Regional Sales Director, Eva Pleger. This position has come about due to our success in the UK market and our ambition to grow across Europe.

Sales Development Representative - MENA

In this position you will be part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Your ability to clearly articulate a company’s value proposition, demonstrate products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy while managing your time effectively will be the key to your success. 

This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. If you have the work ethic, confidence and commitment to be a top sales executive, we will give you the tools, the time, and the training to become one.

You must have right to work in UK without sponsorship and be able to work from our Bristol, UK office 3 days a week. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Focus on generating new, upsell and cross-sell revenue from business accounts  
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
  • Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities using various channels
  • Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
  • Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (we use Salesforce) 
  • Work collaboratively with Account Exec team to develop and strengthen pipeline

In this position you will be part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Sales Development Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Development Manager that will develop, coach, train and hire a highly driven team of individuals early in their careers to become world-class sales development professionals. The Sales Development Team is one of the first interactions our prospective customers have with Immersive Labs and is a key driver of our success. 

This is a highly visible role in the organisation and you will have the opportunity to build and develop the SDR team, and be an integral part of their development and growth. We are eager to speak with you if you are one who leads by example and has an open, collaborative leadership style.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to master skills across sales development including cold calling, territory planning, positioning Immersive Labs (IL) solutions, outbound prospecting and business acumen.
  • Take ownership of the Immersive Sales Matrix to drive training curriculum for SDR team and ensure each team member has a career development plan in place.
  • Manage day to day activities of SDR team including KPI attainment, development areas, live coaching, call statistics, conversions and pipeline build.
  • Have a maniacal focus on outcomes and metrics- everything from dials per day, conversion rates to opportunities, handoff to sales and close rates- with the aim to increase SDR productivity to increase the qualified sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales managers and account executives to ensure proper alignment on meeting quality, workflow (handoff process), development areas and promotion eligibility.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvements around the process, efficiency and productivity of the business development team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns, SLA adherence and feedback on results from specific campaigns/cadences.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales Engineering team to support Europe with focus in France. The Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales team in a technical capacity to help solve real-world cyber security problems for prospective customers. Sales Engineer - MENA

You will be joining a growing and high performing team in the Middle East and North Africa region as a Sales Engineer in the region to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Your focus will be on the customers at the top end of the Enterprise market in both the private and government sector.  You will play a critical role in taking the CISOs or Heads of Cybersecurity divisions in these large customers through a technical platform demonstration addressing any concerns or questions on new cyber threats as well as progressing the sale. 

The role is critical to Immersive Labs both to grow our presence in a fast growing territory as well as helping the product evolve to the specific needs of customers in MENA by gathering feedback to share with the Engineering and Product teams. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • You will partner with the MENA sales team to provide technical expertise of the Immersive Labs Cyber Workforce Resilience platform with both new and existing customers. 
  • Running in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts with the C-level and senior cybersecurity leadership will be an integral part of your role. 
  • You will be required to throw yourself into the Cybersecurity community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies 
  • We are all one team at Immersive labs so being able to collaborate with the teams in product, content and engineering as the expert in the Cybersecurity landscape across MENA and influence product innovation.
  • Your ability to present the product at exhibitions and security events will play a large part in the expansion of the Immersive Labs brand across the MENA region.

The Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales team in a technical capacity to help solve real-world cyber security problems for prospective customers. You’ll identify and help define customer requirements and align our solutions’ offerings accordingly to drive value and secure the technical win.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert technical knowledge of Immersive Labs’ Cyber Resilience Platform and competitor technologies
  • Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements / use-cases to align Immersive Lab’s technical and business value proposition 
  • Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business through delivering in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts 
  • Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk
  • Partner with Sales to develop and execute strategy for securing the technical win for net new business as well as customer upsells you are engaged with
  • Immerse into cyber security community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies 
  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation
  • Exhibit Immersive Labs at conferences, security events, and on-site meetings

 

To be successful:

  • 3+ years work experience in sales engineering, information technology, or cyber security
  • Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development) 
  • Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards
  • Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), public cloud environments, etc
  • Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

We are looking for a technically savvy Senior Customer Success Manager with a strong drive for results. This position is designed for a CSM who has keen observation, focuses on details, and strives for Customer Success and satisfaction. 

As a Customer Success Team member, you are responsible for retaining, building, and growing the current customer base. You will be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for driving positive outcomes.

  • Perform customer onboarding and ensure  we are providing our customers with the best experience

  • Efficiently plan and prioritize customer activities and follow up in a timely fashion.
  • Work with Immersive Labs' go-to-market and product teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Hold customer success reviews and resolve concerns with the assistance of internal teams.
  • Escalate and resolve day-to-day issues or customer dissatisfaction with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Understand customer needs and act as the voice of the customers internally.
  • Identify expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to close deals.
  • Work with Immersive Labs’ technical and operational teams to develop customer advocacy and ensure the best customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

The Customer Success team at Immersive Labs acts as the trusted advisor and advocate, building and growing an ongoing healthy relationship with each customer. Team members are responsible for implementing our software, preserving our current business, opening doors for additional opportunities, and growing our customers into life-long Immersive Labs advocates. 

As a VP of Customer Success, you will work closely with our Sales Leadership and the SVP Customer Experience in establishing a strategy for the Customer Success organisation and create a highly repeatable processes that will allow us to scale. Our customers are the largest of large enterprises and government organizations, and our contract values are equally large. We are expanding rapidly in EMEA and APAC, with an established customer base on several teams in the territory. As a result, we need you to lead a growing Customer Success organisation of CSMs responsible for partnering with executives at large companies to optimize their workforce’s cybersecurity capabilities. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Develop the strategy, build, lead and scale a growing customer success team, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that outcomes meet customer goals
  • Manage our CSM team and middle managers and be responsible for the delivery of successful customer engagements that drive value and ROI of their Immersive Labs program
  • Hire, enable, coach, and develop your team of high performing CSMs to align with individual, team, and company goals
  • Execute analysis of customer health and structure measurable KPIs to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, product implementation and adoption and reduce churn
  • Partner with Go-to-Market and Product leaders to improve the overall customer experience
  • Partner closely with Product to offer an ever-evolving feedback loop to deliver increasing value to our existing and future customers
  • Analyze customer performance data to optimize team performance, enhance customer experience and retention rates, and drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth
  • Design and launch critical programs to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Improve upon our existing approaches to customer engagement and account management
  • Strategize on the organization structure and resources as we scale
