Business Development Representative
In this position you will be part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Your ability to clearly articulate a company’s value proposition, demonstrate products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy while managing your time effectively will be the key to your success. 

This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. If you have the work ethic, confidence and commitment to be a top sales executive, we will give you the tools, the time, and the training to become one.

You must be able to work from our Boston office in the back bay area 3 days a week. 


Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Focus on generating new, upsell and cross-sell revenue from business accounts
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
  • Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities using various channels
  • Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships
  • Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (we use Salesforce) 
  • Work collaboratively with Account Exec team to develop and strengthen pipeline

The opportunity 

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing, global Marketing team at Immersive Labs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you’ll support the development and delivery of engaging customer marketing initiatives and campaigns to delight customers, increase customer advocacy, and build a community of fanatic brand advocates. 

You’ll be customer-obsessed and creative, with exceptional communication skills, collaborating with other departments to absorb customer feedback, spot opportunities to increase renewals, create fantastic customer experiences, and support business objectives. 

This is an incredible opportunity to play a part in building customer marketing for this new category of Cyber Workforce Resilience, helping the Cyber industry and enterprise organisations understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Support customer marketing and communication programs such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, conferences, user groups, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer renewals, referrals, cross-sell, and upsell, and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales and customer success teams to help achieve business objectives 
  • Work with marketing operations for the implementation of customer marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a library of customer success stories

  • Take customer success reviews periodically and resolve concerns with the assistance of internal teams.

Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Manager with a strong drive for results. This position is designed for a Customer Success Manager who has keen observation, focuses on details, and strives for Customer Success and satisfaction. 

As a Customer Success Team member, you are responsible for retaining, building, and growing the current customer base. You will be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for driving positive outcomes.

  • Perform customer onboarding and ensure the best ongoing engagement throughout the subscription term.

  • Understand customer needs and act as the voice of the customers internally.
  • Identify expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to close deals.
  • Work with Immersive Labs’ technical and operational teams to develop customer advocacy and ensure the best customer satisfaction.

The opportunity

You will be one of the first senior sales hires in Germany with a greenfield of enterprise accounts to target. You will be supported in the role by our Regional Sales Director, Eva Pleger. This position has come about due to our success in the UK market and our ambition to grow across Europe. 

With a commission structure which is weighted towards our sales teams earning large amounts for their hard work and a solution that is changing how the market look at cybersecurity this is an opportunity not to be missed. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities at the Enterprise level across all verticals
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use the Immersive Labs platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth

To be successful:

  • Ability to travel extensively 
  • Experienced in a quota carrying sales role, software and/or SaaS sales to the FTSE 100/250
  • A strong sales methodology
  • Selling into cyber security or information security market
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to sell creative solutions
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills
  • Fluent in both English and German.

The opportunity

As Marketing Operations Specialist within our rapidly growing marketing team, you’ll support our Marketing Automation platform and integrations with key tools including Salesforce. Reporting into our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll help scale and operate our marketing systems efficiently,  fielding demand, ensure clean data structure & integrations, improve lead flow and build processes that scale.

You will be joining a positive and goal-oriented global marketing team who value open, honest and collaborative communication, and working closely with stakeholders in Sales & Revenue operations. 

You will have the opportunity to progress your career and explore interests in marketing operations such as data analysis, campaign management, tool ownership, as well as aspects of the wider marketing function which might spark your interest, such as demand generation. Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Act as the primary point of contact within Marketing Operations to set up automated processes within marketing automation system that enable the team to run campaigns
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management 
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. 
  • Build and maintain smart lists and segmentation to support the needs of the marketing team
  • Support the marketing team with data uploads, analysis, and reporting 
  • Assist with the execution of nurture programs in collaboration with the demand generation team 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Manage integrations between marketing automation and other systems including salesforce
  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure seamless flow of data
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Sales Development Representative
In this position you will be part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Your ability to clearly articulate a company’s value proposition, demonstrate products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy while managing your time effectively will be the key to your success. 

This is a role for someone who is hungry, willing to learn and grow into a world class technology sales executive. If you have the work ethic, confidence and commitment to be a top sales executive, we will give you the tools, the time, and the training to become one.

The opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic leader, passionate about brand category creation, to shape a brand strategy that elevates the Immersive Labs brand, as a market leader and innovator, winning the hearts and minds of our target audiences around the world. As the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Marketing, you’ll build and lead a small team focused on brand strategy and management, brand health, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and brand campaigns. You will report to the CMO and have access to key leaders throughout the organization.

You will be focused on the Mid-Atlantic region from Boston, with a focus on acquiring the top enterprise clients across all verticals, you will then retain ownership of these flagship accounts to grow the presence & value of Immersive Labs within them.

Whilst pursuing CISOs and other senior leadership across the Cybersecurity department to solve their biggest challenge, the skills gap in Cyber you will have the support of marketing, presales, channel sales and customer success to achieve your goals. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with largest enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts. 
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required.
  • Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering. It will also be part of your role to suggest events that are specific to your territory, are these must attends for Immersive Labs? If yes, then shout about it!
  • A strong partnership with customer success will be essential to help you identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts
  • Living the Immersive Labs values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through your interactions.

The opportunity
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing cyber security business and to take the next step in your career. You will have a focus on the largest enterprise companies across the TOLA territory, utilising the relevant events in the region, our channel partners and a detailed prospecting methodology to help you on your way to success. 

Cybersecurity is at the forefront of conversations across the largest business all over the world. Our product is focussed on the human side of Cybersecurity to fight against the ever growing skill gap in Cybersecurity and most importantly improve the first line of defence within all future clients. The product you will be selling provides a clear ROI to our customers and is seen as an innovator across the market. 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with large enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering
  • A strong partnership with customer success will be essential to help you identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts
  • Living the Immersive Labs values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through your interactions

  • If you have more than 4yrs experience selling to large enterprise accounts such as those in the FTSE 250 and FTSE 100.
  • Experience in a high growth company, we want you to thrive in this environment but it will have challenges along with the multiple successes. 
  • An understanding of the challenges senior cybersecurity leaders face each day, this is important as you will be dealing with CISOs, VPs of Cyber and Snr SOC leaders. 
  • The focus of the role is to win new logos and expand the Immersive Labs presence within them. So apply is this what you have spent your career doing
  • Experience leading a sales cycle educating the client on the true value of a new Cybersecurity solution
  • Executed account plans using all resources available including Channel Partners, SDRs, Presales and professional services within an efficient timescale

Wordpress Developer

Do you have experience building attractive and functional websites? Would you like to influence the back-end and front-end development roadmap of a rapidly scaling cybersecurity company?

Then we have just the opportunity for you to join us here at Immersive Labs as a WordPress Developer

You’ll develop attractive and functional websites and tools for our marketing, sales, and people teams and work on projects such as the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Senior Web Developer and our Senior Director of Web Marketing, so you’ll need to have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and great content management skills.

We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and agile WordPress Developer who can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications for our business

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss website/project design and function.
  • Collaborating on the ideation of wireframe concepts with the UX team.
  • Building the website front-end from design specifications given by the Marketing team.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database, server integration and performance monitoring
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins and integrating third party tools and APIs as needed
  • Implementing changes based on user test findings, website performance tests, and pen testing.
  • Troubleshooting and support user issues as they arise conducting WordPress training with internal clients, as needed.

  • Experience as a WordPress Developer with a good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics with aspiration to push skills further.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery and code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial and SVN.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  • Collaborative approach across multiple teams and stakeholders and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment that builds on iteration and adaptability.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, SEO and the Google algorithm is also desirable but not essential
