Content Marketing Manager

We’re defining a new category and are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team here at Immersive Labs. In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and Content – as well as other cross-functional teams – to develop and execute our content programs supporting demand generation. You will be responsible for managing an editorial calendar and producing a steady stream of impactful blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, infographics, and other content assets across channels to help build our Cyber Workforce Optimization (CWO) category.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external experts, and customers, to define the CWO buyer’s journey and use key learnings to create effective thought leadership and tactical content.

This role represents an incredible opportunity to showcase your creativity through digital storytelling, help the industry better understand a brand-new class of cyber-risk reduction and workforce readiness, and have a meaningful impact on our innovative company.

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Translate otherwise complex concepts into compelling narratives, including using data to develop compelling stories
  • Work closely with marketing, research and specialist team leads to deliver integrated digital content that supports the wider business Objectives and Key Results - from creation to delivery
  • Help develop and own a strategic content marketing editorial calendar
  • Serve as a lead project manager for content marketing initiatives
  • Execute projects that enhance brand awareness, reputation and position within our marketplace
  • Measure and analyze content effectiveness to continually improve the impact of our content marketing programs including via views, leads generated, MQLs, SQLs and marketing-generated deals
  • Institute process and procedures to improve content production efficiency and scale, including organizing and curating content so that it is easily accessible to other internal teams
  • Keep up-to-date with content marketing best practices, especially in the cybersecurity space

  • Solution selling to new logos whilst hunting upsell revenue is critical for this role
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use the Immersive Labs platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth

The opportunity

The Heartlands region will be yours to run focused on winning and growing the top enterprise logos who are part of the FTSE 500 across all verticals. The product is part of a new technology category making an impact across Cybersecurity teams and adds immediate value to Cybersecurity leaders. This is a role that is a product of Immersive Labs recent growth as we continue to onboard flagship customers across the United States. 

You will report into the Regional Director of Sales for Central with support in the role from presales, customer success, channel sales and marketing to help you overachieve in the role. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with large enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts. 
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required.
  • Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering. 
  • A strong partnership with customer success will be essential to help you identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts
  • Living the Immersive Labs values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through your interactions.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Working on a win and retain basis to win new business with largest enterprise customers then growing the presence of Immersive Labs in those accounts. 
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required.
  • Attending relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of the Immersive Labs offering. It will also be part of your role to suggest events that are specific to your territory, are these must attends for Immersive Labs? If yes, then shout about it!

The opportunity

You will be the first hire focused on growing the enterprise market across Saudi Arabia leading the acquisition of flagship clients to push the Immersive Labs brand across this high growth market. 

You will be working closely with the VP of EMEA and the Director of sales in the Middle East to create a strategy for success using your knowledge of these greenfield markets. This role will require both a direct sales and channel sales approach to cover as much ground as possible, which can be a challenging prospect in a new market. 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • The identification and closing of sales opportunities at the highest level across Saudi Arabia will be your top priority. 
  • You will need to work across direct sales and those sales developed by channel partners in the region. 
  • This is a new product to these markets so you will be required to educate the prospective clients as to the benefits, creating internal champions within the clients cybersecurity departments.
  • You will be required to target and attend the most relevant events to both regions, to spread the Immersive Labs Message across senior stakeholders. You may be aware of sector or client specific events the team are yet to discover. 

 

To be successful:

  • You will have experience in a quota carrying sales role for a cybersecurity focused vendor/consultancy or high growth company
  • A strong and detailed sales process, which helps in educating a client as well as discovering those pain points to progress the sale. This could be a methodology you have found particularly useful in previous roles.  
  • Previous experience selling into cybersecurity or information security departments of target customers. Can you discuss specific issues with decision makers in these areas to have an immediate impact. 
  • Establishing, strengthening, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer. The presales team and content team will be happy to help you. 
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills

Marketing Program Manager

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will develop meaningful & thoughtful marketing programs driving the awareness, engagement, and conversion of customers & prospects.  These activities include the strategic development and execution of content syndication, email campaigns, online webinars, and other demand generation programs.  

You’ll be joining a growing marketing team and help to define a new category of Cyber workforce optimization. This is a new role so you’ll have the chance to define it and grow based upon your success.

While making decisions impacting Immersive Labs growth and are comfortable proposing changes to improve the experience for our target audience. Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Own and manage demand marketing outbound motions including webinars, database marketing, content syndication, virtual events, live events, etc. to achieve lead funnel and pipeline goals
  • Develop program objectives, targets, tactics, and metrics and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive customer acquisition success
  • Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for the marketing organization
  • Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Own and manage internal relationships with sales, BDR teams and other business partners
  • Develop and manage GTM marketing programs calendar 
  • Own and manage lead forecasting and attainment metrics on a quarterly basis

The Opportunity

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing cyber security business. Not only is cyber security at the forefront of most businesses minds, but we offer a product that truly helps organizations optimize their cyber capabilities and gain insight into their ability to respond to emerging threats. 

 

As a Named Account Manager, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to maintain current client business and our Pre-Sales Engineers to expand revenue in new and existing accounts, and will directly impact the future success of our business.  

 

 

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Solution selling while hunting upsell revenue is critical for this role
  • Leveraging marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required
  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use the Immersive Labs platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the senior executive level for current clients and prospects
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast report via the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partner with customer success, marketing and the wider sales team to drive new and existing revenue growth

The opportunity
We’re growing fast and need the very best Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in the East region.  You will ensure customers receive exceptional value from the Immersive Labs platform by understanding their needs and supporting their journey through workshops, and direct engagement. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving adoption, expanding the use of Immersive Labs across customers’ organizations, and managing customer programs. Your ability to organize, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer’s satisfaction levels. Your communication skills and ability to work with customers ranging from security personnel through CISOs and other key stakeholders will be key to your success. 

Customer success is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to proactively blend project management and account management to maximize net revenue retention and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for designated accounts, serving as an advocate for customer needs to drive successful adoption and use of the Immersive Labs platform
  • Perform customer onboarding, health checks, develop materials and presentations to conduct business reviews and proactively alert customers of any impending issues
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategic business relationships
  • Drive internal process improvement initiatives and help to organize and attend customer-focused events as necessary
  • Identify potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities within accounts
  • Use Gainsight and other relevant apps to comprehensively manage the customer relationship

To be successful:

  • Experience of project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion along with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Customer success or post-sales/pre-sales experience with expertise engaging and managing relationships with customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
  • Interest or background in Cybersecurity,  Risk Management or Consulting and an understanding of Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
