Revenue Operations Analyst

Then look no further, as we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Operations team as an Associate Revenue Operations Analyst.

As a key member of our Operations team you will partner with Immersive Labs’ Go-To-Market teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go To Market (GTM) sales strategy.  

You will be responsible for developing and implementing improved processes with a heavy emphasis on data, reporting and analytics. This role is critical to provide greater visibility into what’s working and not working within the business to accelerate revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Manage and improve GTM KPIs with a focus on full funnel, pipeline health and sales rep productivity metrics and overall performance management
  • Manage the optimization and automation of our Global Reporting and dashboards for sales, customer success, and marketing
  • Assist in managing and optimizing our global forecasting operating cadence and process
  • Partner with CS Leadership and CS Ops to assist in developing and managing Renewal KPIs while driving adherence and compliance in our renewals management process
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to assist in sales & marketing attribution, event, and pipeline analysis
  • Assist RevOps Leadership on annual quota & compensation planning and design, as well as territory & account planning
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM stakeholders on major quarterly & yearly initiatives to drive efficiency and optimization

  • Experience in Sales Operations or as a Sales Analyst within a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of SQL & SOQL (Salesforce object query language) would be advantageous
  • Proven experience with various GTM and BI Tooling such as Salesforce.com, Clari, Looker
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Enjoy working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
  • Results-oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects

  • Our talent acquisition team review all applications received which can take up to two weeks to complete
  • If successful, you will receive an invite from a Talent Acquisition Partner to a screening interview which takes around 30 minutes to discuss the role, culture at Immersive Labs and your expertise in more detail
  • If you progress from this step there will be 2 interviews involving the Hiring Manager and a senior member of the Operations Team. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will outline each step when you get there
