Marketing Program Manager

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will develop meaningful & thoughtful marketing programs driving the awareness, engagement, and conversion of customers & prospects.  These activities include the strategic development and execution of content syndication, email campaigns, online webinars, and other demand generation programs.  

You’ll be joining a growing marketing team and help to define a new category of Cyber workforce optimization. This is a new role so you’ll have the chance to define it and grow based upon your success.

While making decisions impacting Immersive Labs growth and are comfortable proposing changes to improve the experience for our target audience. Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Own and manage demand marketing outbound motions including webinars, database marketing, content syndication, virtual events, live events, etc. to achieve lead funnel and pipeline goals
  • Develop program objectives, targets, tactics, and metrics and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive customer acquisition success
  • Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for the marketing organization
  • Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Own and manage internal relationships with sales, BDR teams and other business partners
  • Develop and manage GTM marketing programs calendar 
  • Own and manage lead forecasting and attainment metrics on a quarterly basis

  • Worked in a B2B software marketing function over the past 3+ years
  • Leveraged email campaign management tools to create, send, and track emails 
  • Created and managed successful webinars 
  • Worked collaboratively with internal business partners to drive program success
  • Working knowledge of CRM Marketing Cloud, Hubspot and/or Marketo, Eloqua a plus
