Where we are now

Immersive Labs was founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK  we’ve grown to over 300 employees, and announced funding of more than $120 million. Our technology is already enabling organizations including KPMG, Sophos and Airbnb to measure, map to risk, and optimize the human cyber abilities of their entire workforce.

The opportunity

Due to our continued growth we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Boston, MA, you’ll join the global People and Talent Team of 16 and help scale business-critical departments including, Marketing, Customer Success and the occasional technical role as we rapidly build out our teams across North America. 

Reporting to Polina, our Director of People & Talent and as part of the global TA team, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to find and assess exceptional talent through direct sourcing, events, and recruitment marketing activities. To be successful you will have previous recruitment experience gained internally, agency or RPO and be passionate about building diverse high performing teams. 

Successful recruitment is one of the keys behind Immersive Labs rapid growth and we need you to help find world-class people that can change the face of cyber security. 



Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Directly source and engage exceptional candidates in a competitive market telling the Immersive Labs story.
  • Use a variety of proactive sourcing tactics to identify, assess and recruit senior individuals across North America. 
  • Become a subject matter expert on Immersive Labs as a company so you can convey our story to candidates. 
  • Help develop and promote Immersive Labs employer brand through digital media and attending industry and recruiting events.
  • Partner with the hiring manager community to develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience.
  • Conduct behavioural based video, phone and in-person interviews with candidates.

  • Pride yourself in being a recruiting generalist, handling all levels and teams from VP of Marketing to IT Support and everything in between with a focus on supporting Go-to-market teams. 
  • Passion for recruiting hard to fill positions in a fast-paced company which is rapidly changing
  • Experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent
  • Focused to help create an industry-leading and diverse culture through recruitment activities
  • Have great communication skills to influence different audiences
  • Be highly proactive, positive, enthusiastic and assertive 
  • Knowledge of state and federal recruitment and employment laws.
