The Opportunity - Manager of Marketing Operations

Immersive Labs is seeking a highly motivated and talented Manager of Marketing Operations that will partner with our global marketing teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing strategy.  You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact projects across demand generation, digital marketing, account-based marketing, channel marketing, and customer marketing. 

To be successful you will need to be an expert in marketing automation, process design and productivity.  As a thought leader in the marketing team you'll need to be great at implementing change in a high-growth, fast paced environment.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Build, establish, and lead the global marketing operations strategy and vision. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Leadership to help drive the quarterly & annual strategic planning process, while ensuring the department delivers against key marketing initiatives and goals.
  • Design and implement a global framework for reporting, analytics, and dashboards by working cross-functionally with Marketing Leadership and other key stakeholders on overall priorities and needs.
  • Work closely with our marketing and GTM teams to design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automations to accelerate execution throughout the entire lead and customer lifecycle.
  • Design and develop key top of funnel processes and programs, including lead/account scoring, attribution models, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Own and manage the existing marketing tech stack and associated integrations through continuous improvement, optimization, and adoption, while identifying areas of opportunity and growth.
  • Own the ongoing analysis of marketing programs and revenue performance to surface key insights and recommendations to help inform marketing strategy and maximize growth.
  • Improve and maintain marketing database health and compliance in accordance with email deliverability requirements and global data privacy regulations.
  • Work closely with Finance to manage and administer the marketing budget to ensure spend aligns with forecast targets.
  • Inspire, mentor, and coach our Marketing Operations Specialist by developing the necessary skills to advance their career path with clear direction and communication.

  • Expertise in Marketing Operations in B2B environment, if this is in a SaaS company it would be an advantage
  • Experience with HubSpot/Marketo, 6Sense, Allocadia, Salesforce and other marketing & sales technologies. 
  • Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical capability with a desire to improve processes.
  • Ability to think strategically about how best to implement processes. 
  • An ability to learn quickly and thrive in a scale up environment. 
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
