Immersive Labs was founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK  we’ve grown to over 300 employees, and announced funding of more than $120 million. The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will oversee the strategy, delivery and budgeting of an integrated global digital demand generation plan and will play an integral role in achieving ambitious growth goals.

The scope of your role starts with the prospect engagement strategy, building awareness through deployment, managing our digital demand gen efforts to maximize the impact and reach of our technology capabilities. We are looking for a business leader with an extensive understanding of building-integrated engagement programs to drive revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast and defining a new category so these may change as we grow):

  • Develop and execute measurable demand generation programs that yield revenue through sales and channel partner teams to deliver upon key agreed metrics
  • Develop programs to implement transformational change to enable the Immersive Labs to deliver solutions and services which are efficient and highly effective
  • Develop strategic cross-functional campaigns focused on positioning Immersive Labs as the leading technology in Operational Readiness
  • Collaborate with key Thought Leaders within Immersive Labs to engage them in external marketing initiatives when applicable.
  • Connect with the Product Marketing Team to create a content cadence for broad distribution
  • Define the end-to-end lead management process in co-operation with sales and marketing operations, including lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline growth
  • Drive online marketing programs and campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, branding, content syndication, lead nurturing etc.
  • Evaluate, select and manage relationships that contribute to all marketing programs including marketing vendors and industry experts
  • Develop and manage the budget for all marketing programs

  • Experience in a marketing role with a focus on demand generation
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Expertise in media, demand generation and/or in B2B marketing in a technology industry
  • Proven ability building an existing brand and creating a demand generation engine to fuel sales
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to manage high-volume activity

What you can expect once you apply:

  • If successful, you will receive an invite from a Talent Acquisition Partner to a screening interview which takes around 30 minutes to discuss the role, culture at Immersive Labs and your expertise in more detail.
  • If you progress from this step there will be three interviews involving the Marketing and leadership team. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will outline each step when you get there
