Immersive Labs was founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK  we’ve grown to over 300 employees, and announced funding of more than $120 million. Talent Sourcing Partner

Are you passionate about Diversity? Would you like to truly be a pioneer in changing the diversity of the cybersecurity landscape? 

Reporting to the US Director of People & Talent, Polina Shalts, as a Talent Sourcing Partner at Immersive Labs you'll continue the success we've had in building diverse teams through proactive sourcing and positive action strategies .

Partnering with stakeholders across the business you’ll be a diversity advocate, and be passionate about identifying and researching the best Sales, Customer Success and Marketing talent to join our growing team and improving awareness of immersive labs in underrepresented groups. Our CEO, James Hadley, is the executive sponsor of our DEI initiatives and is passionate about this work.

Using your research, networking and sourcing skills you’ll help build diverse talent pools and partner with the Talent team to develop current and future diverse talent pools.  

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, attracting and networking with Sales, Marketing and Customer success individuals from underrepresented groups to consider Immersive Labs as an employer of choice
  • Challenging stakeholders bias through the assessment process to ensure an inclusive interviewing experience for candidates
  • Help to deliver diversity programmes across the global organisation to improve internal mobility and awareness of diversity from within. 
  • Influencing Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure best practice is applied as we rapidly grow teams globally
